Fracture

Went for a walk on Tuesday at Mac Anderson Park, and took a bad fall... thought my ankle might have been broken, but no insurance... I kept my ankle up with Ice on it, and on Thursday it was no better... Went to the ER and they said I fractured my ankle, and put me in a splint and said to go see a Ortho the next few days.. mmm.. I start my new job on Monday.. not going to happen.. well keep this on through Sunday and off it goes... :( I will have insurance in a month, I will have it looked at.

Medicare Patients

I have a problem with Doctors, where I worked, and this other doctor here in Statesville, went to make appointment for my parents and they say they are not taking new pt. with medicare... working in billing, I know they are not because they don't pay very much. That is just wrong!! it's always about money isn't it.

Customer Service at Walmart, Logans, Sally's in Statesville

Yesterday Rich and I went to Logans Resturant for lunch/dinner and we had poor service, we even saw someone spill a cup all over and to employees watched and didn't do anything, not even go help, then we went to Sally's and we had the best lady ever, then off to walmart and for the first time.. a great cashier.. wow..

Bad Customer Service

Food Lion in Statesville, store number 1317! Richard just ran in to get cheese, got in a line and the guy tells him he is closing, woudn't even take him with one single item, he hasn't even closed out yet... Poor Customer Service.. That is what I am going to do, start posting these good customers service and bad, becau...se there are people out there that can do that job better
